It is the largest park situated in Nepal’s Western Terai with an area of 968 sq.km This park is considered the second largest and most undisturbed wilderness area in the Terai. It is thickly forested by Sal trees and is carpeted with grass, savannah and river line forest. It is regenerated habitat for endangered species like the rhinoceros, wild elephant, tiger, swamp deer, black buck, gharial, Crocodile and endangered birds include the Bengal florican, lesser florican, silver- eared mesia and sarus crane.

Itinerary
Day 01: Fly from Kathmandu to Nepalgunj and /or drive to Bardia National Park. Upon your arrival, our guest relation officer will meet you and transfer to Jungle lodge. After refreshment he will brief you about the jungle program.

Day03: Jungle activities/ Bird Watching.
