All our guides and support staff are natives of the country with extensive family trekking and mountaineering backgrounds. As they are born and raised in different Himalayan regions in Nepal above 3,000m, they have an in-depth knowledge of indigenous wildlife and landforms that exist and are able to acquaint our clients with local customs and traditions and help to interact with local people. Creating colorful and discovery-oriented adventure trips with a combination of safety and comfort is their mission.. Their command over English is limited to adventure-related topics.They can speak English, Hindi & Tibetan.

Ang Dawa Sherpa (Managing Director)

Born in Bakachol-9 Harishe village of Khotang district in the eastern region of Nepal, he started his career in Nepalese tourism industry at the age of 16. He worked initially as a porter for two years, as a Sherpa for one year, as a cook for one year and climbing guide for 13 years with several adventure companies in Nepal. He completed basic mountaineering training in 1999, advance training in 2000, refreshment courses on eco tourism, rock climbing, high altitude first aid training in 2001,2002 and 2003 respectively.

Now, it's already been over 22 years he spent in adventure tourism. Finally he is able to set up his own adventure travel company Peak Himalaya Adventure Pvt. Ltd. with the support of his co-partner Mr. Dorjee Lama Sherpa, a professional climber and senior team member.

 Mr. Dawa has widely travelled to USA, France, Spain, Japan, UK, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Mainland China (Shanghai), Tibet, India and Bhutan. He is quite familiar with different places, culture and people.

 He has a long list of climbing history over Mt. Everest (up to 8000m from Nepal side and up to 7900m from Tibet side), uncountable climbing peaks. He has a climbing record of Mera and Island Peaks more than 40 times.

Pasang Sherpa (Climbing Guide)

Hailing from Dhankuta district, Eastern Nepal, his knowledge of mountaineering, local culture and tradition is second to none. He is a dynamic, professional climbing guide over 12 years experience in adventure tourism. Any of our clients who make mountain expedition with him will find a most rewarding experience in life. The majority of our repeated clients request him as their guide through our company.

Tsering Sherpa (Trekking & Climbing Guide)

He is one of our most experienced adventure guides. Born in Khotang district at ward no. 9 of Bakachol V.D.C. he started his career previously as a trekking guide and later as a climber working for several trekking agencies before he joined Peak Himalaya Adventure (P.) Ltd. It's already been over 9 years he spent working for us. He has earned trekking as well as mountaineering guide licenses from Ministry of Tourism of Nepal and has led several trekking trips in the Annapurna, Langtang & Everest regions and summited a few 6,500m and above mountain peaks including Mera Peak, Island Peak with proven record of success. Besides, he has also completed several crash course and trainings on remote area first-aid and eco-tourism organized by KEEP, a Kathmandu-based NGO. He is proficient in English & Spanish.

Gyalzen Sherpa(Trekking & Climbing Guide)

Born and grown up in Eastern region of Khotang district at ward no. 9 of Bakachol V.D.C., he developed a passion for  adventure and tourism since his childhood. He has unrivalled knowledge of people, culture, tradition and landscape of the region where he was born. He is also qualified and experienced in the field of risk management and first aid. His knowledge on the local medicine is outstanding. Most of our repeated clients request us to employ him as their guide in the remote areas trekking including Dolpo, Upper Mustang & Dhaulagiri. For our company it is the stamp of approval attesting to his high standard and extreme professionalism of his career. Now he lives with his family in Kathmandu.

Chhiring Tamang(Camping Cook)

A cheerful man involved in tourism as  camping cook for the past 13 years. He is very friendly and helpful and he knows a lot about the art of cooking and different cuisines. He has served several international trekkers groups to make their camping treks successful and memorable. He can speak little English in trekking related topics.
